I’m a Top 3% REALTOR in Arizona out of approximately 54,000 REALTORS. I absolutely love being a REALTOR, and I treat every property purchase or listing as if it were my own.
Helping my clients with one of the biggest purchases of their lives is something I’m very passionate about. Handing over the keys to a first time home buyer is an exhilarating feeling! It takes time improve credit, save for a down payment and prepare for the responsibility of owning your first home. I understand. We all start out as a first time buyer, and we understand the effort and discipline that it takes.
When it comes to being a seller’s agent, I don’t just list your home for sale through the MLS, which distributes your listing across 1000’s of websites. I also create ads and distribute them on major search engines like Google & Bing.
I also create social media ads that have been thoroughly tested to ensure the most engagement possible. The more times people see your home and schedule a showing, the more offers that you receive!
