In 2007 I started as a mortgage loan officer. I gained a plethora of experience in understanding the loan process, including accurately predicting the values of properties. This helped exponentially when trying to determine a home’s value. I spent over 10 years becoming an expert in social media and pay-per-click marketing through Facebook, Instagram, Google & Bing. I’m a tough negotiator as a buyer’s agent and seller’s agent! I am also seeing many opportunities to purchase properties under list price, meeting a much more affordable criteria.
When it comes to being a seller’s agent, I don’t just list your home for sale through the MLS, which distributes your listing across 100s of websites, I also market it through search engines, like Google & Bing. I have also created hundreds of social media ads that have been through rigorous performance tests to ensure the most engagement possible.
